It was wonderful. The view was spectacular! We went to a work function at night but our stay was like spending a "weekend" in the middle of the working week. Would love to go again sometime just to hang out, relax and shop. :)
Upon arrival the staff is really nice. Makes you feel welcome !
Dirty airconditioner filters, stains on blanket, dirty balcony, could do much better on cleanliness of the suite for the price paid ! We did not find a formal complaint procedure in the suite, hence our comments here !
Excellent location and truly beautiful. Fantastic staff who were all incredibly helpful Wonderful room. Super clean. Very comfortable. Definitely stay every time we visit Sydney
Only (minor) negative is the absence of changing facilities at pool /gym level. We had to return to room with three wet children..!
Superb location. Convenient to the highlights for vacationing traveller. Get a room with balcony facing Circulay Quay. Great!
The location & the size of the apartment is fabulous for two small children. There seems to be no hotels in Sydney now except the Quay Grand that have balconies, which is great. The pool is lovely, warm & a great location. We have stayed at the Quay Grand a few times and recommend it to all of our friends.
Everything was great. The only thing I didn't like was on the balcony there was still ash on the ground from a smoker. I HATE smoking & that was something I didn't like to have to clean up. Besides that everything was perfect.
Best location on the Quay. Walking distance to all ferries and the botanical gardens and opera house.
price was a bit dear
I liked everything. The service was first class, have rarely come across such friendly and engaging staff. The room was extremely well equipped and all items were of a high quality. The view of Sydney Harbour bridge was exquisite and the location convenient and fun. Room service was delicious and reasonably priced and there was even the option of a movie deal for $24.95. I cannot wait to go back!
There was nothing not to like. It was fabulous and I cant wait to return!
easy access to the city and ferries
A free upgrade to an excellent suite. A great view of the Sydney harbour.
Location and apartment
Apartment cleaning deteriorated
View is the ONLY good aspect
Rated 5 star but delivers less than three star. Food is unacceptable. Service is v poor
The view was superb. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was beautifully designed, with lots of space and the position gave access to so many different experiences. The balcony gave an opportunity to be 'in' the scene, without having to mix with busy crowds. Great access to cafes and restaurants too.
The bill was not correct, and I'm glad I checked it. It was fixed quickly though and possibly a genuine mistake.
The wonderful harbour view and the staff who were very kind and happy to help you get the best out of your stay.
The internet charges are ridiculous and in my opinion should be free of charge.
A lovely hotel in a great location - with a room facing the Bridge and Circular Quay - a beautiful place to stay in Sydney.
Position was great and the room was nice. The staff were excellent.
I think it was a little overpriced. Little things missing like no tissues in the second bathroom.
